Novo built a powerful financial platform for small businesses, but their website didn't reflect it. The design felt dated, messaging lacked clarity, and marketing spend wasn't converting into new accounts.

We rebuilt Novo's site around one insight: small businesses aren't all the same, so why should banking be? The new site—anchored by "Made for whatever you're building"—positions Novo as a partner, not a product. We redesigned the homepage, created audience-specific use case pages, built five product pages, and delivered a design system and voice guide in time for their Q4 goals.
